I would recommend anybody to go there. They will leave you happy and satisfied Michael was a good sales person. He will get you approved and get you driving away. I will be using them again in the near future you will not be disappointed. BUYER BEWARE ! I purchased my vehicle from youdrive auto in december of 2022. I paid off my car February 2026. I have asked numerous time for my title and was told on 6/16/26 that i would receive it in 10 days… well here it is almost august with NO TITLE & come to find out they also have a lein on my car! I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I've been told that insurance charges were added to my account because proof of insurance wasn't provided. The problem is that I've always had insurance on my vehicle and have repeatedly tried to send the documentation. Every time I reach out, I get different answers, no clear instructions on where to send the documents, or no response at all. I have had so much trouble since getting a car here. The initial impression while purchasing the car was great but everything since has been a headache and stressful. Trying to schedule an appointment to get one of the “free” oil changes they mentioned when buying the car has been next to impossible as they never answer the phone. Antonio was awesome, he couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend coming to see him! I’m editing this review. While I have no issue with Antonio I’m highly irritated that 2 months in my check engine has come on and more irritating is when I put this car in reverse it has the most god awful back up sensor that beeps like a schwebels bread truck which couldn’t be more embarrassing.
