terrible customer service and dirty shop – I went in to ask questions about their service and the owner was very rude and insulting. Her shop was quite dirty. I was able to watch her "clean" the grooming area between clients, which was a joke. She merely wiped down the table with a paper towel and left the hair all over the floor. I will never take my dog there and would never recommend their services to anyone.
Gentle, friendly and experianced owner, worth the drive and parking challenge. – This little shop is run by a kind older women and her son. She truly loves dogs and often offers advice regarding your pets care. She was very familiar with the breed of my companion( kerry blue terrier) and made improvements to the bad hair cuts he was receiving at PetSmart.
