I stumbled upon Chris' practice through a mutual friend of ours. I've been going to him for a few years now and am so impressed with the depth of his knowledge and insight. I used to go to the mall massage places, sometimes one of those asian places where they pound you a bunch. I finally got sick of being more sore after those sessions and looked into something more helpful. This was my first time going to see a chiropractor and boy did I need it. I've been playing tennis non-stop, 4x/day for 2-3 hours and my body is not liking this new change. My muscles are tight, sore, and inflammed. Especially my knee. I am very active tennis/running/weight lifting kinda person that needs someone who can release a lot of stuck or locked muscles. Chris was able to help me gain flexibility in my yoga pose and improve my posture with total body that focused great pressure and stretching. He has a magical touch and is well priced for relief and in my case ability to take in new challenges!
