Great value
Terrible service either comes an hour early for a 5 min ride or is late picking you up most recently I got to my appointment with no issues 35 minutes into my appointment I get a call with the driver saying they are there and I can come out whenever so I hurry up and head outside can't find the car call the driver no answer i keep looking then call again they answer and say "oh I was sent to come pick someone up" after I already left my appointment I then get picked up the sliding door is broken. They don't Accommodate to the patient. They don't have step stole so that the patient can get in safely. They say it's insurance company that won't allow them to have it. They don't help people to get in. They are nice during the ride just when getting into the vehicle. They don't have any low riding vehicles.
This is the most unprofessional and expensive transportation service I have ever dealt with. The prices change alllll the time. It’s never the same amount twice even though you are going to the same place twice! It’s crazy! Do better!
