Super fast response, Good communication, very knowledgeable!
Furnace gave out during one of the coldest days and a snow storm and Julian company was the only one who answered their phone but also came out, very quickly, during the storm to help fix the Furnace. They also stayed almost all day installing a new Furnace and continue to help us with our pipes, since some did freeze during the time the old Furnace went down, until everything was fixed. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the service we received. We were without heat for days in freezing weather, and after a previous technician told us we needed an entirely new system, costing thousands of dollars, we were stressed and overwhelmed. Then Julian came out, and everything changed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the moment he arrived.
