This was the second time we booked a vacation through Christine. In 2024 she arranged our cruise to the Virgin Islands and did such a wonderful job that we didnt hesitate for a moment in putting ourselves in her hands again. Christine set up a perfect itinerary, got us a beautiful stateroom with a balcony, discovered on-board credits and perks we didnt know we were entitled to and handled every last detail such as transfers and drink and dining packages expertly. Christine has been amazing in the honeymoon booking process. My fiance and I were very unsure of where we wanted to go. We explained our vision over a Zoom call and she gave us endless itineraries that encompassed what we were thinking. We were still so indecisive and she was so patient and kind to us. Christine is wonderful and pays great attention to all the details. Highly recommend her and the company.
When issues arose, the vendor did not take responsibility and instead shifted blame. A simple apology and correction would have made a difference. Overall. my experience has been disappointing.
Christine was fabulous at planning our next adventure to Iceland. She answered all our questions and put our mind at ease to prepare us for our trip.
