Hands down the most disgusting dinner I have ever had in Ann Arbor, meat was dry an tough as shoe leather, rice was undercooked, and at 30$ a plate, I expect better than the nasty mess I got. Their roll selection is terrible. The only thing good was a pleasant wait staff. Likely won't be back, there are better and less expensive options in the area

I hesitate to write this because the staff was very pleasant. But my experience w this place is disappointing. I just picked up my order and I cannot eat half of it because they covered 1 of the rolls with furikake after I explicitly stated I was looking to order vegetarian rolls only and the host affirmed my selection would not contain any seafood. What a delicious meal we had at Yotsuba. The sashimi was so fresh and delicious. And unlike many other places, the cuts were a nice size. The presentation was beautiful. There is something on the menu for everyone from stirfry to noodles. Everyone there was so nice and pleasant. Welcoming and friendly. We went for a birthday visit and were very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend a visit to this little gem 🍣 Thank you Yotsuba!
