Our experience so far with Yotpo Subscriptions has frankly been terrible. Our migration process was a mess, our specialist was very confused, was unresponsive and made mistakes. We are constantly running into issues with the platform not working correctly or how we anticipated, which all seems to stem from our migration. There's no customer service. We discovered a couple of technical issues but they're simply not answering tickets.
This sleazy company deletes legitimate negative reviews for other sleazy companies so researchers see nothing but 5 star mush. Companies like this have ruined online shopping.
