A 4 star hotel with more inconveniences than a 3 star hotel. Unobstructed motion sensor activated lights that refused to stay on, especially when using the bathroom. Lights fully turned off when using the toilet or shower. I had booked a room that is accessible for the disabled, so imagine how someone might feel when the lights shut off mid shower. I REALLY wanted to like this hotel despite reviews. The price was right, it was near where I was working, views of the Hudson, etc. But there was a SERIOUS breech of safety during my brief time there. I had checked in using their automated check-in kiosks. Very efficient, fast, and easy. But when I walked into the room it assigned me, I open the door to two people having sex IN MY ROOM. My husband and I spent a few hours on his biryhday. After sometime in the room we discovered a dirty dry urine crusted toilet and broken towel warmer. There was a long wait to check in, and when you call your report these experiences the shift managers never pick up the phone. This place is a dump.
Je mets vraiment 1 étoile car c’est le minimum que l’on puisse donner. Hôtel à fuir. La chambre est salle, la sdb est ouverte donc pas d’intimité, il y a de la moisissure au plafond et les meubles sont usées. Les chambres sont petites et les draps sont parfois salles. La télé ne fonctionne pas et les prises 1x sur 2. L’hôtel sent le cannabis de partout.
