Extremely poor customer service. They have no problem taking your order and delivering your part initially, but if the part fails, they drag their feet and lie about shipping the replacements. I bought a part in September with a 1 year warranty and the part failed at the end of January. I requested a replacement and they sent the wrong part. When brought to their attention, the insisted they sent the correct part and it has taken more than two weeks for them to send the correct replacement. It has now been almost 2 weeks sin... read more

Very friendly!! I ordered a door handle for my Toyota through Erik and ended up having the one I needed. We did an over the phone order and I was very pleased with the experience. Handled arrived today on 1/17 and was packaged very tightly and multilayered which is a big plus. I will be doing business with him in the future for anything I can’t find
