Was charged $900 for a water heater replacement . I had pre purchased the exact same water heater that was to be replaced . So this was a simple swap out...Claimed 6 hours, while only actually being here 3 which was still a bit long for a replacement. Also charged over 200 for 2 feet of copper and a few fittings. Not to mention the $110 per hour labor rate. Extremely unsatisfied. You guys need to do better!!!
These guys are horrible. We had heating oil pipes, oil tanks, and a line to our furnace. First, they didn't secure the pipe correctly to the tanks so when we had oil delivered it leaked from our tanks all over our floor. Second, they installed water spigot valves on the bottum of the tanks on the oil line to go to the furnace. The handles broke off and I was told they we the wrong kind to use for shutoffs. Poor quality and very poor attitudes. I DO NOT reccomend.
