I recently had a 10 day or so stretch where my system would shut down daily....no heat. During this period Y&C sent out several different techs (and even a supv.) to assess and address the problem. Their temporary fixes only resulted in the system shutting down aqain a few hours after they left. In comes Gavin. Gavin found a leak(cause of problem), repaired the leak and installed surge protectors. I’ve had two installations with Yost and Campbell. I purchased a central air conditioning unit several years ago and recently had a new furnace installed. When I had the air unit installed, the tech cut a piece of the glass pane in my bathroom window with telling me. To be precise, he broke a piece if glass to run some lines between the compressors outside and the unit in my boiler room. Absolutely Terrible Service If I could give Yost and Campbell a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. Where do I even begin? I called them on January 14, 2025, to have a technician check my furnace, which was not functioning properly. A technician arrived and diagnosed the issue as a bad Draft Inducer Motor. He also pitched a new rental program for a furnace, which I declined. He assured me that the company would reach out later that evening with a price for the necessary part.
