It's a law firm lawyers always lie
Their response time is absolutely HORRIBLE. They don’t care about you what so ever. They only want their money and will ignore you for literally weeks. Incredibly horrible place. The service is also terrible. Very very rude from the second they answer the phones before you even say anything.
I have nothing bad to say about this law firm. They are professional, and their staff are super nice and welcoming. Their office is well organized and clean. We'll one may say it's to be expected since they are located within the US Bank Plaza building.
This place is very poor on how they run it. Communication is like pulling teeth with them, and they caused me to go in the negative with my bank account cashing my check to early than try to tell me I still owe for that month!. I have had payment plans with them and they fail to work with me. They want you to follow their plan, but if they fail on their end you're the one in trouble. I'll be happy when I don't have to write another check with their name on it again. Avoid this place at all cost!
