I hate to leave a bad review but will not ignore bad service when I receive it. Unfortunately the father, Mr. Yost has passed away and his son Isaac is working alone trying to carry on the family business for which I do not believe he is capable of doing. My refrigerator cooling went out in the top part of my unit and I was going to try to save the refrigerator so called for service based on previous reviews.
