I came here for lunch w/ my mom. We were helped by Fidel. He was patient and explained quickly about the app. So I ordered & it was done quick & he gave us everything we needed although I was bugging because I wanted more ginger, etc. Very nice guy, polite & had excellent customer service. He had a co- worker that was really nice too. I did not catch his name. Overall my experience was pleasant. 😊 Look forward to coming back when I get out Mtsac. I do not recommend this place. I went to buy food and spent 58 dollars and gave them a 100 dollar bill and they told me they didn't have change. It's a restaurant and should have change. That's why I'm not satisfied with the service.
The brown rice was dry, as if they had left the lid off for hours. Almost broke a tooth. Avoid. This location has no quality control Yoshinoya management, do better.
