For over 26 years I've enjoyed Yoshinoya's food and I've never had a bad experience like today's. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:43 pm and ordered my usual dinner. The cashier told me they closed at 10 pm and that they were locking the doors. I received my food at 9:53 pm. I was sitting at the table when the cashier came back and told me and everyone else eating to leave because they closed at 10 pm. I felt rushed and annoyed by the cashier's rude attitude. I ordered a large order, but I don’t believe it deserves to be called a large. Despite the packaging, the actual food portions are incredibly small. How could there be a gyodon (Japanese name for it) with 80% rice and only 20% meat? Furthermore, when I went to request a refund, the employee and manager were nonchalant and just threw the whole thing in the trash right in front of me after the refund.
