Beef bowl was amazing! The wait was at the drive thru not waiting for a table. Just. Saying…
"Shrink-flation" Paying more for less
Erica P in the drive thru needs a reality check. She caught an attitude just because I caught an extra $2 charge. I asked about it politely and even responded to her explanation with “oh then the receipt just came out weird” and she still caught an attitude. Next time explain when something is an extra charge. That way you can keep your little attitude in check and I don’t need to question the extra $2 on my receipt.
