I came through the drive through to order a chicken combo with a water cup. I specifically said combo bowl, the cashier replied “with beef?” So I said “chicken, with white rice and vegetables.” I get my bowl, get home and realize it’s chicken and beef. So I drove back to get it fixed. Not a big deal. When I get to the window again, the same cashier seemed to have an attitude although she messed my order up and I had to drive back. Literally waited in line for 24 minutes. In drive thru. Did not get a sorry for the wait. No complementary item for the wait. Employee did not even give me my receipt. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! And teach your employees how to treat the customers. I worked in fast food for 4 years, I know how it feels. Do better yoshinoya!
I was there for lunch today,I ordered the $16.99 special both with no onions or sesame seeds and veggies on the side.Got to the window cashier wanted to charged me $26.00.I repeated my ordered again and still got veggies on my plate.
