I don’t mind eating at Yoshinoya, I’ve been to a few. Good is the same. This location’s restroom are horrible!!!!! The smell was awful, I started gagging!!! I wanted to cancel my order, but didn’t! Couldn’t eat my food which I was kind of craving after not eating at Yoshinoya in years.
Placed an order by accident called less than 1 minute later to cancel (wrong store/ not in the area) apparently Yoshinoya has ZERO customer service. They said that can’t issue a refund & that we have to call customer service app not the store (which hangs up on you). Terrible, can’t even get a hold of the company to cancel.
I ordered 2 drinks and got something else. I hate milk tea and was given a milk tea but didn't realize til it was too late to go back
I did not like the food and even the very bad attention from the staff.
