The food is great but the service needs improvement. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and the workers have rude behavior. They sound very young but when ordering they do not repeat back the order for clarification. I have gotten better service in Jack and the box than this place. You’ll lose customers!
My family and I grew up eating yoshi! We've gone to many different ones around Cali and have always gotten outstanding customer service. However, this is the 1st one that had terrible customer service. It was mostly the young lady who attended us. Not only did she have a face of being unhappy where she works but was also rude! Julia. R gave us attitude when we asked for more ginger. We had ordered 3 XL combo bowls and 2 chicken bowls.
