What is with the hate on here? 1 star for oil in your ramen broth? 3 stars for "vibe"? I went for lunch, sat down, ordered, had some really good ramen (spicy miso ramen bowl) and paid a completely reasonable price for a nice dine in meal. In and out in 30 minutes. Vibe was great, music wasn't "too loud", broth wasn't "too oily." Don't listen to these keyboard warriors on here, they hate when actually interesting new places open in Laguna Niguel.
Food took too long for a ramen restaurant when we asked for a manager to speak with one was never around
I've been here a couple of times. Foods terribly oily and for the price there are way better places to go to. Place is terribly mismanaged. I think his name was Jesus, who was playing the supervisor. He looked like he had no idea what he was doing. Definitely need a management change if he indeed is the supervisor. Not worth the trip.
Came here midday on a Thursday. They mentioned that they only had one cook, and so anything other than ramen would take a long time. I ordered the black garlic spicy ramen and friend got veggie ramen. The spicy black garlic ramen was so oily…it felt like I was straight up eating a bowl of oil. I asked the server if I could have more non oily broth to dilute the ramen and he brought me more of the same oil broth…my friend didn’t like her ramen either.
