Absolutely amazing restaurant! This place is competing for best Ramen around the Charlotte area. I love the atmosphere, everything feels so intentional and well put together. John did a fabulous job taking care of us, come visit him.
Very disappointed with the ramen. The broth was bland, the chashu was burnt and way too fat, and the noodles lacked chewiness. Overall, it was an underwhelming meal, and I wouldn’t come back. Service was great the food was the problem. I have never tried a ramen that failed every ingredient in the bowl. Scallions are fresh and that’s IT. My husband is japanese so we know what’s a good ramen. Not Recommended:(
Super fast service and amazingly comfortable interior design! Love the honeycomb aspect alongside the upstairs seating. The food mirrored the phenomenal service, each dish comes out hot and ready, and VERY delicious! On top of that all, they are quite affordable, especially for the high quality food and service. 100% recommend.
My husband and I are visiting North Carolina and found this gem! The service was great, food came out fast, and also the food was amazing!! We will be going back here whenever we can!
