I can’t even begin to explain how horrible this company is to work with their dishonest and completely unreasonable with all aspects. We bought a car from them almost 2 months ago had hidden fees that was not discussed prior to signing hindsight being what it is I would’ve made them print out the contract so I can see it, but they had me sign everything on an iPad, which hit a lot of the details my fault completely understand that ended up paying an extra $4000 and some change get this it said other fees. Jess at Yoshmotors was helpful in the process of buying a Q5. Prior to purchase there was Audi appointment that morning with a positive review and check list. No problems found with car. On the way home, the coolant started to leak. i called the dealership and they told me to take the car to Audi. I maybe would have expected them to be more helpful. i know things can happen out of the blue, but they were not helpful. Jess was helpful in getting me all info on warranty and handling paperwork. none of this was her fault.

typical rip off salesman selling cars with problems advertising low prices to get you in the door and then marking them up 15-20% when you get to dealership.
