Jess at Yoshmotors was helpful in the process of buying a Q5. Prior to purchase there was Audi appointment that morning with a positive review and check list. No problems found with car. On the way home, the coolant started to leak. i called the dealership and they told me to take the car to Audi. I maybe would have expected them to be more helpful. i know things can happen out of the blue, but they were not helpful. Jess was helpful in getting me all info on warranty and handling paperwork. none of this was her fault.
