Yosemite Strength and Training was so crucial to my postpartum recovery. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Julie and all of the amazing trainers. I not only regained my physical strength, but was able to transition back to work and busy mom life, while staying mentally well too! Appreciate you all so much and strongly recommend this gym to all!!
Great place for a pop in workout when traveling! Very nice trainers and friendly community!
