I have been a member with YDT and have worked with Julie for about 9 years. This is not like a regular gym, it's more of a community of acceptance, encouragement, and non-judgement. Everyone is at their own skill level and workouts are provided but it is YOUR training time. And the other great part is, you have a trainer there to assist in the workouts, answer questions, help with correct form, etc. Highly recommend !!!
This gym is such a great place to start your day! The coaches and regulars are so fun to workout with and I wouldn’t be any other place else at 5-6am in the morning. I also hit a new PR on my bench. First I crushed my old PR at 215x3 & my new PR 225x1 and if had not been so excited to get one I could have done 2 lmao 🤣
I have been going here for a little over 6 years now. The atmosphere is one that is truly engaging and encouraging. You have a coach on the gym floor who will demonstrate the workouts and help come up with alternatives if needed. The coaches are very friendly and positive. You will also meet some of the most wonderful people that you will soon be calling your friends. Other than home, this is my favorite place to be and is a staple in my everyday life! Truly a wonderful place.
Best gym I have been to in years! Everyone is friendly. It’s like a little family there. Even when you are new to the gym you feel right at home. Definitely need to go here!
