We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we checked in, there was a power outage and we were told electricity would return by 8:30 PM. The hotel only had a small residential-use generator and no proper backup system. Power never came back on—not that evening and not even by the time we checked out the next morning. Забронировали через сайт, получили подтверждение на почту. Приехали заселяться, оказалось подтверждение оплаты у них не прошло, но проблема была в их банке. Заселять за наличные отказали

There was a power outage so we couldn’t stay at this hotel anymore. When we asked about a refund, the staff Justin told us the hotel was willing to provide a full refund, so we checked out and went to find another place to stay. However, later Booking.com requested confirmation documents from the hotel, and the hotel refused to cooperate. In the end, we lost our money. Truly a terrible experience. :(

This hotel is terrific! The location, staff, rooms, comfort, etc. All amazing! If I ever return to Oakhurst/Yosemite, I will 100% without a doubt be staying at this hotel again!
