I took my dog Zoey in for treatment and had the best experience possible. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. Kadee was amazing and so helpful and nice. Dr. Madrazo was also so amazing. I can not be more grateful for their help. This is now my go to vet for all my dogs needs.
I called to get an appointment to have my dog seen for her ear. They were able to get me in pretty quick. Dr. Madrazo was very knowledgeable and when she came in she gave Gemma a head to toe exam. I have never been to a vet that actually took the time to check over the whole body and not just the problem area until I came here. She actually looked into Gemma’s ear and looked under the microscope for infection. Gemma did have a bad ear infection. my two pups, baybe and boomer got into a fight this morning with a HUGE raccoon on my patio. Boomer was unscathed. But baybe was a MESS. She has four puncture wounds and abrasions across her chest and body. Her eye was seriously hurt and obviously, she was shaken and terrified. The team is amazing kept me calm and we're amazing with my puppies. I love the entire demeanor of the staff and the friendly kind service. Pets are family. Our hearts are broken when they are ill. We hope to find a vet who feels true empathy. I found that at Yosemite. Dr. Lissel Madrazo and her staff DID EVERYTHING they could to save my baby Maine Coon. They did a great job. They truly care.
This has been my vet for a long time even since it is now under new ownership it has been amazing experience every time they actually care and love for the animals and they do their best to keep my zoey comfortable even me with offering a cool water thank you Yosemite Pet Hospital!!!
