This company that steals customers sent an email to create a frame for a basement with an area of 750 feet for $16,890, of which $14,450 are working hours, which is only 4 working days, and the remaining amount of about $2,300 is raw. Is this reasonable? I will go with this answer to the Tax Authority (RIS) to find out whether he paid for these working hours at the same value or not. I do not recommend dealing with it
Definitely not recommended. We hired Mina to do a basement renovation and we agreed that everything has to have a permit from the town but he failed to provide such. We stopped the project since he is not able to finish permits. He took $15,000 and he did not complete the job and refused to refund the rest of the money.he did only frame when I ask about how much frame only cost $6000 .We found out that he's not licensed and he's not allowed to contract in Massachusetts.
