Definitely not recommended. We hired Mina to do a basement renovation and we agreed that everything has to have a permit from the town but he failed to provide such. We stopped the project since he is not able to finish permits. He took $15,000 and he did not complete the job and refused to refund the rest of the money.he did only frame when I ask about how much frame only cost $6000 .We found out that he's not licensed and he's not allowed to contract in Massachusetts.
