I had my first gyrotonic class with Yosefa yesterday. Being a newbie I did not know what to expect. I have had two hip replacements and typical joint and neck pains for a 65 year old woman. I did not to expect to feel super great the day after as well. Yosefa is hands on, attentive, thoughtful, patient and very knowledgeable. She was recommended to me by someone that lives in New York that had heard of her here in Miami! I am looking forward to joining her yoga classes and experiencing her Thai massage.
