Dr Golowa was great. He explained everything and took away the fear of the PAE procedure. I felt very comfortable in the operating room. The anesthesiologist Dr. Leonid Timashpolsky was the best, I recommend him. I was not knocked out, I was awake and felt so good (especially when the procedure was over! Excellent service from the office and especially with Dr. Golowa. Great bedside manner and really helped calm any anxiety I was experiencing. My nurse was also amazing and we had the best conversation while I was in the recovery room. My post procedure pain management was top tier and explained very well. Would definitely recommend to other people.
Dr. Golowa treats his patients extremely well. He listened to the nuances of my penile embolization procedure. He understood the fact mine had been present since birth. Respected what the GA Urologist had found in a penile doppler scan in March. Dr. Golowa's office was accommodating, paid for a medical Uber back to my friend's place in Brooklyn following my procedure.
