I can’t recommend Yorkwood Vet Clinic enough. Dr. Norman and the entire staff have been absolutely wonderful in caring for my cat, Piper. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much they truly care about their patients and the people who love them. Had our old girl in there today I didn't feel like I was under any pressure to do this or that it was all my decision Dr A was awesome. Staff is great. My girl was taking cover under her chair but she was very calm.
Over all it was an okay experience. They’re some very caring individuals working there but they some lack communication. I had taking my 10lbs chihuahua to be spayed an to get teeth pulled, after picking my dog up I notice bleeding coming from her paws, and seeing as I had just pick her up from her spay I was concerned. While checking her paws I noticed not ONE but TWO of her nails where cut to the quick, after I had specifically asked them not to do her nails multiple times even though it’s “complimentary” I had called back... read more
