Friday we had to have our dog of 12 years euthanized. We had a Monday appointment but we knew we would not be able to make it emotionally through the weekend. We called and Dr. Norman arranged to have Bentley cross over the rainbow bridge on the Friday. Her compassion was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Dr.A and the vet tech team at Yorkwood clinic. The talented team was able to educate and guide us through the path of diagnosis and treatment for our 15year old dog. Dr.A was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout our visits. I just recused a dog that went to their vet clinic with the shelter. He was looked at around a month ago by them. I just needed to get him the missing vaccines that are not done ( kennel couch). The need to charge me a exam fee to give him a vaccine... I was hoping to keep him here but I guess he's moving because I feel like that's a money grab
