I used to dread visits to the dentist. The friendly professional staff at Total Dentistry have made the visits something I no longer dread. I highly recommend them if you are like I was and put off visits to the dentist.
I haven't been to the Dentist in probably about a decade. But, then I got a tooth ache and realized I'd defiantly need to go. Finances and other reasons for not going regularly aside, I hated the condescending, rude rhetoric I always heard when I would go. But, these guys were nothing but very nice, and even saw me right away so they could determine what needed to be done, and set up an appointment to take care of it quickly. Great group of people! They have a great deal of patience for my son.
My daughter is 8 years old and has been visiting Dr. Palek and team for 3 years. I have to say not only is Dr. Palek amazing, but so is her entire team. They always take the extra time needed to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. We have had impressions done for a retainer along with general cleanings and each time they take the time to explain what should be expected and make sure my daughter is calm and comfortable before performing the work. I would definitely recommend this team.
I used to dread going to the dentist, even for just a cleaning. Total Dentistry is focused on patient care and I no longer dread when my next appointment comes up on my calendar. Professional staff that I couldn't give a higher recommendation.
Happy to say my first appointment with Total Dentistry Yorkville was very positive. The ENTIRE staff from Dr Anna Pelak to reception at Total Dentistry far exceeded what I had hoped. I have several long overdue procedures that need to be done I am sure I've found the right Dental Practice.
Easy in and out and accommodating to my kids when I bring them in 3 at a time :)
