CrossFit is the place I’ve been looking for, people to walk alongside me in my journey to physical strength and the community is so kind and loving.
Yorkville CrossFit has been awesome. They have the kindest members, every single coach is so helpful and really knowledgeable so that you aren’t left wondering what you should or shouldn’t do. I love that I don’t have to think about anything, I just go in and do whatever they have planned. They can modify everything so don’t think if you can’t do something you shouldn’t come in, if they can find a way for me to do it they can certainly help you. Everyone there is genuinely just happy to see you show up.
