Friendly environment and professional coaching
This CrossFit gym isn’t like any other. They have created a family atmosphere. They are welcoming, encouraging, motivational, most of all they keep it fun. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a community to help you get the right form, also wanting to push yourself to become fit. Make sure you give it a couple days classes to find your fit within the WOD’s.
Excellent group of people!! Take the time to listen to your goals and help you achieve them. Support you all the way!
This gym has an amazing class for moms and has been an extremely wonderful outlet for me. I am very grateful for friends made and strength gained (both mentally & physically). The trainers and owner are so kind. ❤️
