I just wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to Taylor, the property manager at Yorktowne. She has been absolutely wonderful. From her compassion and professionalism to making sure work orders are handled promptly, she consistently goes above and beyond for residents. So very brash, harsh and rude!! Simply looking for a home with a already pre-approved 150K from my bank and simply getting an appointment takes over a week??? Then getting confusing text from 2 different numbers with a very rough approach and condescending tone telling what I am going to have to pay to live there. Get a clue about client services and respectfully speaking to folks would be a great start. I guess all the previous reviews were right about management and their treatment of potential residents.
