I went to see Brian because of knee pain. I wasn't able to go up or down stairs without experiencing a lot of pain. I was sure that I was just going to have to live with it, but after working with Brian for 6 weeks I am able to maneuver stairs pain free. He is very knowledgeable about the body and how it works. Brian patiently demonstrated all the exercises to make sure I was doing them correctly. I highly recommend him.

I have known Liz and Brian for going on n 4 years and have worked with them both on a couple occasions for help with pain from different injuries. The work they’ve done has been tremendously helpful and I had continued to use the exercises and techniques they’ve shown/taught. This past year I had been dealing with severe hip pain. I took my daughter to Brian after a friend recommend him. We didn’t expect for him to fix what was wrong, but man I was wrong. My daughter plays soccer and she was having excruciating knee pain when she played and it was struggle to keep her in the field. Liz and Brian are beyond exceptional. They truly care about the well being and physical mobility of their clients.
