Fast, friendly, and sympathetic staff.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff is very nice but Dr. Nguyen is just awful, what a horrible way to treat your patients. I called the day before because one of my front tooth chipped, told them I’m 7 months pregnant, they asked for a letter from my obgyn with what she approved and did not approve, an X-ray with shield was approved in the letter (among many other things), I had to pick that letter up and then show it to them the next day just for Dr Nguyen to tell me he would override it because it was his decisio... read more
They were a lifesaver! Needed an extraction done and of course it was a weekend, a holiday weekend at that! Staff was very friendly. Doctor and his assistants were very informative about each step. Pricing was straight forward. In and out in an hour, with no appointment and extraction done! Thanks to them I can now enjoy the rest of my weekend! Thank you Yorktown Dental!
So the only reason for the one star is because the teeth cleaning I had was a decent experience no complaints. Now where my complaint begins is after my service was over before I left. I asked if they did retainers because I mentioned to them that I have the upper half of my retainer but not the bottom from when I had my braces taken off and that my teeth were shifting so dental assistant or whoever she is the manager said they can scan me for a retainer that samee day if I would like.
