Great bike shop for repairs
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Highly recommend!!! I was on the bike trail with my son and he got a flat tire. Alan and Nick saw our 'crisis' as we were stranded and they quickly fixed the flat with a smile!!! We continued our ride North but on the way home, my son's chain broke and we had to walk a few miles back to them the same day!!! Nick took us in right away seeing that we were far from home and repaired the chain with a smile. I can't say enough about what a great bike shop they are. Expert repair at fair prices with a smile. Rented out a Mountain Bike the other day to head down to Blue Mountain due to Bear Mountain being closed, bike was a smooth ride. Great bike rental experience and just across the street from the Empire State Trail. I had a beautiful day out and enjoyed the bike and scenery. They have great rates and I appreciated being able to get a bike comfortable for petite height riders. I will be back again to ride this summer and fall.
As a fellow bike shop owner, I really appreciate working with local businesses that put customers first. We recently bought a bike for my 9-year-old son from Yorktown Cycles and as expected, had a great experience with Tom. He took the time to understand how my son rides and made a thoughtful recommendation that ended up being the perfect choice. Tom genuinely cared about getting my son on the right bike, not just making a sale. Highly reccomend. -Riley, Owner, Croton E-Bikes
