Changing my review from 3 years ago as it is not the same place it was. The old owner and staff were excellent. Now it seems they have one person working there. They don’t answer the phone, and don’t return messages. Took 4 weeks for them to order new hearing aids. In that time I went somewhere else and got new hearing aids the same day, and for cheaper.
Took my 7500 dollar hearing aids in to get fixed. After that i could never get in because office was closed with a phone number to call. When i called and left a message, it was never returned. Once saskatoon answered and said they would put me on a list. Six weeks later i finally found somebody in the office. I was told my hearing aids were over five years old, so therefore unrepairable, but could buy a new pair. Not happening.
Friendly and respectful staff
Our contact with Jennifer from Amplifon in Yorkton was nothing short of wonderful . She serviced our mother’s hearing aids and went above and beyond to do so. She also took the time to show us how to keep on top of the maintenance ourselves as we are 1 hour from the city . Definite 5 star‼️
Booked an appointment for a hearing impression test during our call it was made clear that the result would be forwarded to another hearing protection manufacturer coz it'll be used for sports/hunting purposes in which they agreed. On the day of the appointment, a guy named Beau, said that he will not do the test unless we get/buy a hearing aid from him. Even though I don't need a hearing aid as my hearing is totally fine. Total waste of time! Snake oil salesman!
