Very detail oriented with explaining her diagnostics and caring towards her patients!
Got there only to find out she canceled on me. The secretary attached the email to an existing email, so I never got the notification. An hour of driving, hauling 2 children plus dog. sorry, no sympathy. The secretary had the nerve to say try melville if its an emergency. I told her I dont know if it is or just anxiety! That's 2 hour round trip. What about yorkton? They went downhill very quickly. Called companion animal hospital, and they we're polite, sympathetic, and understanding. The vet dr was thorough in her exam of our bichon poodle. She explained possible concerns and gave us sound advice. She did not try to upsell us with expensive unnecessary things like X-rays, etc. the other staff were kind as well. Our dog (who is very anxious) actually walked back into exam room on her own which was an indication of how comfortable she was in their office. I will definitely come back.
Just AWESOME. I am the world record holder for negative Google reviews, so let's just say they agreed to make an appointment on zero notice, and were just perfect in every way possible, and well priced, Friendly... A+++++++
