Would not recommend, booked in for a wedding hair trial and was made to pay a deposit (which I assumed would come off the trial price but was later told it was for the wedding day), there was a lack of clear communication before, during and after the trial. I had Terri come to my wedding yesterday for 2 bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom hair and makeup. I wouldn’t recommend Terri at all. You expect happy vibes on your wedding morning and she was just really rude to everyone there including photographers and my mum in particular. Customer service was terrible from the very start. I wouldn’t usually write a review but I just feel like I can’t let any other bride have that experience on the best day of their lives.

I would highly recommend Terri for both hair and make up. I used her in September for my wedding and she was incredible. She did make up and hair for my mother and myself (the bride) and also ended up doing the groom's hair and a bit of a touch of his skin too. She did a fantastic updo on my hair which I loved, my make up was just fabulous. I wish I could repeat it for myself. My eye makeup was stunning and my mum, who rarely does her own makeup, went from saying 'I'm not sure whether I want it done' to being thrilled when s... read more
