My son moved in last year. Although it us an older park the snow is kept up. The clubhouse is wonderful. We used it fir an event which turned out great. Manager Loretta has always been very personable and notifiesyou if they are shutting off the water to work in an area. They accommodate pets and the rest is affordable. I wish I could comment on those reviews individually. I was a child in this park in the early 80's I watched it go to shit!!! I thought this new management was turning things around only to get shit on for all the work I am trying to do here... I moved from one trailer to another and got wrote up for my moving trailer being here, while others are allowed to have the same thing in their yard for years...
Don't move here! Management is petty
Management and owners are down right sad excuses for human beings. They evict people who they "don't like" how pathetic! Managers daughter is proudly harboring a known wanted felon named Jonathan Adams. Beware, don't move here. This place is shady, they discriminate and are huge liars!
Loretta Jeffrey makes this place horrible to live at. When she doesn't like you she forces you out. Her daughter lives in the park with a known felon without repercussions... Don't move here!
