This is income based housing. The people who live here range from retired, fixed income people to those trying to exploit the system and get something for nothing. There is criteria that must be met to gain housing here. Applications for housing can be found inside the office or in a box mounted on the front of the office building. Very poorly managed filthy apartments. Favoritism to friends that are living there from the manager. Never answers calls doesn't doesn't take care of the drug issues there. Respond to only the things that he wants to respond to Had a family member living. There was being harassed by the gentleman above her. Casey never did a darn thing About it all because he was a friend. Conflict of interest I would say. I've lived here for three-and-a-half years I never had any troubles with management or rental he's been good managers always been cool to me.

Location is nice. The unit itself is great. Don't think you can call a place handicap accessible if you have to use stairs to get into the building. It's hit or miss whether someone will be in the office or not. They don't return calls. I have lived there for 7 years. The office issue has to do with current management.
