Upon renting a unit from this complex, the previous renter had apparently just moved out. IT WAS DIRTY! When I filled out the paperwork for quality of apartment I ran out of space with the damage stains and dirt. I was fustrated and expressed my concern to the manager. She did know and was sympathetic to me BUT the maitnance man was behind. I cleaned it. My dishwasher broke two weeks in and six weeks later they replaced it.
