Stay Away – I highly suggest to anyone considering doing business here to stay away. I had a pair of pants in for seam repair and pressing that came away with a hole in the knee. There is no chance they had a hole in them when they were taken in as I had worn them that day and took them in after work. In calling they were very rude and immediately dismissed the notion that they may have caused the damage. I will be taking my $90.00 a week in dry cleaning to a competent cleaner.
buisness responsiblities – 7 months ago I dropped off my wedding dress to be preserved. It was to be ready 3 months later. I called through the time frame to check on it, and it was not completed. Just when I thought customer service at a dry cleaners was a thing of the past... – I have these beautiful silk pillows I gave my fiance when he bought a new living room suite. Unfortunately, his cat and teenage daughter liked them as well, and after a year they had some stains on them. I went to 2 dry cleaners who told me there was nothing to be done. fast and friendly This dry cleaner is locally owned and always does a great job with my clothes. They are always extremely friendly and helpful. My dry cleaning is done in a timely manner and they have never lost any of my clothes and The prices are competitive as well. This was the first place I took dry cleaning in St. Louis and I have not taken it anywhere else since.
