Patient transport what an absolute joke Your going to be doing so many ppl out of appointments with your change of criteria I can’t now get the treatment I deserve even though I’ve got no legs and only one working arm
Professional, diligent and empathetic. I was involved in a serious car accident while passing through west Yorkshire and these guys are a credit to the entire county. Superb.

My dog was passing away in the vets opposite. One of the workers on her break saw I was having a melt down in the carpark and came over to see if I was OK. I needed help at that moment, the support really helped. Thank you
CONSISTENT STANDARDS I remain bewildered at how the Yorkshire Ambulance Service maintains such a consistency of high standards for patients they handle. The teamwork is outstanding and from the minute they arrive you know categorically you are in very safe hands. That security is so critical at the coalface and plays a very significant part in the psychological and emotional well-being of the patient and their outcome.
