This place is awful. I have a broken dryer (notice the word have) and they've been here 6 times to repair it. It's going on 3 months now and it's still broken. The first person out determined what it was without even taking the dryer apart. To my surprise (sarcasm) his diagnosis was wrong. If the woman on the phone tells you she'll look into something for you and call you back, rest assured, you will never hear from them again. This is not an exaggeration. I called in about my Samsung television that Samsung had given me grief over. I took the tv down after talking with the manager and within 2 weeks they had my tv fixed and had Samsung to cover my bill! Alan is the manager and he is awesome! They did take a little long to get the parts in but after speaking with the secretaries and samsung multiple times, I found out that samsung couldn't supply the part fast enough! Excellent business!!!!
Looked this business up by phone number on back of pick up truck after witnessing a guy get out and yell at a family in another vehicle in front of me at a stop light. This occurred at the construction site on rte 7 just past kroger in Proctorville. 9:45pm 6/21/14. Driver then headed out 243. Not the kind of people I would want advertising/working for my business. That altercation could have escalated quickly.
Great service, honest, reliable, fair. Techs are nice and knowledgable. They are one of the few local companies left that taek pride in providing good service to their customers.
