Went in earlier this year for ignition timing problem... I had purchased a new coi,l cap and rotor and installed it myself. It's a GMC Safari and a bit of a pita to work on so I understand, but I made it easy for them, did all the hard work myself and brought it to the shop for the final touch. I just needed timing set! after a few hours he gets back to me saying the cap is "broken" and would need to charge me for a new one. I explained it was BRAN NEW!!!
