Let me clarify: This is a review of Lou's shop. My father went to this shop for years; I even bought a car (Buick LeSaber) from him. So naturally my dad recommended that my husband take our car to him once we got ours. We took our car in for an oil change in early 2023 and asked him to check our brakes because something was making a noise. My husband gets a call to say it's all ready and to come in. Great service reasonable price
Called and made appointment for safety certification. Arrived on time for appointment only to be told they cannot do it. A phone call to let me know of this beforehand would have been the courteous thing to do, but courtesy doesn’t seem to be a priority. Also, I absolutely did not make this review on the wrong place as suggested by the owner. Was anticipating that reply, not surprising.
