Let me clarify: This is a review of Lou's shop. My father went to this shop for years; I even bought a car (Buick LeSaber) from him. So naturally my dad recommended that my husband take our car to him once we got ours. We took our car in for an oil change in early 2023 and asked him to check our brakes because something was making a noise. My husband gets a call to say it's all ready and to come in.
