I have had to clean out my in-laws house after their deaths. They lived in the house 62 years. We ordered two bins on different weeks. Both came early which was my only gripe. Both drivers called me about placement and the one even waited 15 minutes for me to get there and guide the big Kahuna into place by waving him back. Easy 5 stars for this place. No BS, no hidden fees. They came early in the morning to drop off the bin and picked it up on the day it was supposed to go back. Meanwhile it was a whole process just getting quotes and availability from other bin rental companies. I don't understand the low ratings
Please hire better drivers. Around 6pm today I was driving on the 407 with my partner near Durham. One of your trucks (license BW15619) was driving incredibly close behind us, and when we made no move to speed up (we were already going 120kmh), he passed us very quickly and then hit his breaks, nearly clipping us. I then watched him do the same thing to another car in front of us. This driving is incredibly reckless. I see you’ve already had similar comments on your company’s driving. Do better.
The "event" they held on March 1st to share information about their planned mega "Regentive Recycling Facility" was a complete insult to the good people of Dresden, Ontario. There was no place for the elderly or disabled to sit and every person I tried to ask questions to had no answer or sent me to another table for the same result.
