Needed a part for a cistern that was fitted a number of years ago. Not in stock but part ordered and delivered next day. Great service.
The two blokes who work on counter sales there know what they are talking about. Always ready to offer advice and supply the right parts for the job.
We first went into York and Young around Christmas time to get a few ideas for our upcoming full bathroom renovation. After leaving we were in no doubts we wanted to use them to supply all of our fixtures and fittings. Everyone we dealt with from the shop were incredibly helpful and efficient and I couldn't recommend them more.
