Waiting 3.5 months for a form to be completed and nothing. I have called and get run around. Dr Atalla doesn't care about patient. That is clear or this would of been done. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
Online appointment and Doctor never showed up.
My mom had an appointment today for 12:00 PM. We joined the link 5 minutes early, and it’s been more than 20 minutes on the link “waiting for healthcare provider” this is a waste of time & why would they give us an appointment for June 22 @12:00 PM if the healthcare provider is not even going to join. Unacceptable. - Why would they book me in for Sunday, June 22, on zoom- if their office is closed & online support is closed, why book us for 12:00 PM online and no Doctor?
Dr Attalla has been helpful, informative and a key factor to my 50lbs weight loss. He openly responds to my many questions and responds promptly when needed. Highly recommend the clinic.
