We were so impressed with the customer service from Charlie and the team when we were looking to buy a second hand car. Up to that point we had had some bad and frankly wierd experiences with some other dealers and a car supermarket, which had really put us off the whole process. I have a service plan here, and I can't recommend it enough!! I have had this for 5 years now and I have no hesitation to continue with this, going forward. My MOT and yearly service is included. I have the use of a courtesy car for the duration, and they valet my own car which is taken round the front upon collection. It is hassle and stress free. They think about every detail. Both Paul’s were so helpful and were personal not just acting as sales reps.
