I contacted York repairs on Saturday 06.14.14 and set an appointment for Monday 06.16.14 to have my washer diagnosed and repaired. I was advised my appointment time would be between 10 am and 1 pm. I took off work and waited for the tech to call on Monday as I was advised they would prior to arrival. I received a call from a California exchange at 1 pm on Monday advising me that he tech would need to re-schedule for Wednesday as their vehicle had broken down.
